What is Payday Generator?
Payday Generator is a member's only, total travel website, allowing its’ members to save thousands on travel, while also having the optional ability to create their own home based business opportunity. I'm from another country. Can I join?
Yes! PGN welcomes members from all around the world.


Are there any hidden fees?
Absolutely not.



Are there any monthly fees?
There are no required monthly fees ever.


How and when do I get paid?
You get paid immediately and directly from one of your payment processors.


Can I have more than one account?
Yes. You may have as many as you like, but you only need one.


Will I be able to see a list of my referrals?

Yes. Just login to our member’s area at anytime to view and email your entire downline at once.


Do you provide support?
Yes. We provide unlimited customer support (within reason).


After joining, how long will it take for me to become active and be able to start promoting my site?
After the payment process is complete your site is set up instantly. Payments made offline or via e-check may slow the activation process by 2-3 business days.


How do I signup to get the weekly PGN Newsletter and travel deals?
After signing up as a 4/5 Star member you will be sent a weekly and monthly newsletter with a list of Hot Week Specials. It may take up to 2 weeks for this cycle to begin. You may contact admin@paydaygenerator.com during that time to be forwarded the current newsletter.

Do I need a domain or web hosting account?
No. Your site will appear on http://paydaygeneratornetwork.com/ with your affiliate ID to track your sales, so all payments go directly into one of your payment processor accounts. You simply promote your affiliate link to make sales.


Do I have to join all of the payment processors you offer?
No, but having multiple payment processors available gives more convenience to those looking to join your business.


Can I get a refund?
You may be refunded your activation and administrative fees within the first 72 hours from the date and time of new member signup.


How do I access my free vacation as a 5 Star member?
Your membership package will contain all the necessary information.

How do I get my condo, cruise, or hotel discount after joining PGN?
You will receive your membership cards within 2 – 4 weeks of joining as a paid member. These cards contain a promotional code that when entered will automatically display the membership discount.

I haven’t activated my vacation certificate and it’s been over 45 days. Is it void?
No. The 45 day period pertains to an advance notice that must be given. You must contact the travel center at least 45 days before you wish to go on your vacation. The certificates are good for 1 year without activation, and can be renewed for an additional year by calling the travel center.



When will my travel cards and membership package arrive?
They will arrive in 2 - 4 weeks after activation of your 4 or 5 Star membership.

How do I gain access to the Condo Weekly Newsletter?

Is it possible to have a PGN retail site where I can earn commission off of travel I book for others?
Yes, but this option requires a $29.99 monthly fee in order to have this website. More information is available in the paid members section of your back office.


Where can I find the weekly webinar and conference call schedule?

It can be found on the events calendar at www.paydaygeneratornetwork.com/site and also under the “Training” tab of the official PGN website after you log in.

If I miss a conference call, are they archived so I can I listen to it later?
Monday night’s Corporate Call is always recorded and is usually sent via email to all our members. We do plan to make these archives available in the near future.


If someone signs up for a free test drive will they receive follow-up emails encouraging them to sign up?
There is an auto-responder built into the system. Emails are sent out on your behalf reminding them of the benefits of upgrading to a paid member.


Where can I find out more about the owners of the company?

Is the free vacation for 5 Star members all inclusive?
The vacation is for free accommodations only. Any tax, port charges, transportation, etc. are not included and are your responsibility.


Is the free vacation for 5 Star members upgradeable?
Yes. To upgrade simply call the toll-free number, found on the vacation site or in your vacation package. Additional charges will apply for all upgrades.


Is there a tour required for the free vacation or any other vacation week?
No. We are not a timeshare. These are true vacations in every sense of the word.


What if the location or date I want is not available in the online travel center?
There are over 1 million vacation weeks available online, but if what you are looking for is not listed simply call the travel center. They have over 1 million condos, 280,000 hotels, and many cruises available in addition to what you see online. We always recommend when booking travel to call the PGN travel center. The personal touch of speaking with a live travel representative is one of the many benefits of booking travel with PGN.
